Similar to the 12 week programme, this is a 4 week plan and can move into a rolling programme for online personal training. It's completely bespoke designed to deliver the specific goals you want to achieve within 3-4 completely personalised sessions per week. I incorporate different training methods, periodization schemes and include macro-based nutrition goals to ensure you reach the goals we agree that you want to achieve. Your coaching plan includes weekly reviews via Teams/Zoom calls or in person if you are able to get into Jetts Wandsworth gym at an agreed time. These reviews ensure I provide you with the support and guidance you need and each week I review your progression and tailor the subsequent weeks ahead. This is NOT an off the shelf plan, it's based on your history, any injuries you may have, time and lifestyle constraints and I take a lot of time and consideration to ensure you get the right plan that is sustainable with achievable goals and targets each and every week. All sessions are managed through Everfit so you can track your workouts, view my own demonstration videos and monitor your own progression and which I use to build and customise your workouts.
